-2 ripe tomatoes
-100 g fresh goat’s cheese
-A few fresh basil leaves
-Green olive oil – Moulin Castelas
-Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

To prepare the delicious black olive tapenade bruschetta, you first need to preheat your oven to 180°C.

Next, slice the baguette into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.

Toast the bread slices in the oven for approximately 5 minutes, or until they are slightly crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Spread each slice of toast with around a teaspoon of Castelas Mill Black Olive Tapenade in Olive Oil.

Add a tablespoon of diced tomatoes to each slice of bread, making sure the tomatoes are evenly distributed.

Crumble the fresh goat’s cheese over the bruschettas.

Garnish each bruschetta with a few fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle the bruschettas with green olive oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately and enjoy these delicious bruschettas with black olive tapenade. They can be served as an aperitif or as a light starter with a meal.
