Ingredients :

– 4 slices of farmhouse or cereal bread
– 200g fresh goat’s cheese
– 4 tablespoons Provence honey all flowers
– 1 pinch herbes de Provence
– 1 handful walnuts
– Salt and pepper

Preparation

To prepare these delicious goat’s cheese toast with all flowers honey, you first need to preheat your oven to 180°C.

Next, place the bread slices on a baking tray and lightly toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until crisp and golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the fresh goat’s cheese with the Provence honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the goat’s cheese and honey mixture generously over the toasted bread slices.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top of the cheese.

Place the toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, just enough to warm the cheese and melt the honey.
