Quiche Provençale

Ingredients :

– 1 puff pastry
– 1 onion
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 can tuna
– 3 eggs
– 1 jar fresh cream
– 100g Gruyère cheese
– A few black olives from Nyons

– 3 tomatoes
– 1 tbsp. organic herbes de Provence
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the finely chopped onion and thinly sliced bell pepper in a bowl.
Open the tuna can, drain the water and crumble the tuna into the mixture.

Then add the eggs, crème fraiche, Gruyère cheese and Nyons black olives. Mix your preparation.
Then add salt, pepper and organic herbes de Provence. Stir again.

Unroll the puff pastry in a tart tin. Slice the tomatoes and place them on the puff pastry. Then pour the mixture over the tomatoes.

Bake your tart for 45 minutes at 180°C.

When your quiche Provençale is cooked, serve warm with a salad.
