Produced from a blend of four classic olive varieties and swiftly cold-extracted, the Classic olive oil offers a subtly lingering green fruity flavour profile.

Its delicate bitterness and restrained intensity gracefully reveal a range of naturally aromatic flavours that enhance a variety of dishes. Produced by Moulin Castelas, located at the base of Les Baux-de-Provence, France, with a dedicated commitment to preserving and enriching our cherished heritage.

    N’habitant pas dans la région, je suis ravie que Les Halles Provençales propose ce produit à la vente au même tarif que chez le producteur, et avec une livraison gratuite dès 35€.
