Description
Symbolic of an ancient manufacturing process, the Noire Cuvée Traditionnelle is an oil with an even milder bitterness and spiciness than its counterpart, the Fruité Noir. And for good reason, the radiance of the harvest expands to welcome in its blend olives from less chalky, gentler lands. A reassuring first spoonful to discover the gourmet secrets of these different varieties. Dominated by the aroma of candied black olives with cocoa-truffle undertones, it adapts harmoniously to salads, raw vegetable platters, and vegetable purées. It is also a flattering ingredient that adds typicality when incorporated into homemade mayonnaises and aiolis.
Produced by Moulin Cornille, located in Maussane-les-Alpilles, with utmost care and respect for a carefully preserved heritage.

Huile testée pour la première fois cette année. J’avais l’habitude de commander la fruité noir, celle ci s’en rapproche.
