Freshly picked from the limestone olive groves in the south of the Domaine de Calissanne, the olive varieties Aglandau, Salonenque and Picholine are quickly crushed and then pressed to extract a fruity green character.. The cuvée Les Terres de Provence results in an oil with vegetal flavours and bright notes of peppermint.
