Olive oil thyme and lemon cake

Ingredients :
– 3 eggs
– 150-200 g sugar
– 1 tbsp. lemon zest
– 200 g flour
– 1 sachet baking powder
– 8 tbsp. . lemon & thyme olive oil
Preparation
To make this delicious olive oil cake recipe, preheat your oven to 170°C.
Start by taking a bowl in which you will beat the eggs with powdered sugar, before mixing everything together. Next, add a small amount of lemon zest to give your dough a delicately tangy flavour, and mix again.
Once you’ve done this, you can add the flour and a sachet of baking powder, to give your preparation a lighter texture.
Add olive oil flavored with lemon and thyme, to bring a touch of freshness and aroma to your cake. Then mix everything together until you have a perfectly smooth, homogeneous paste.
All that’s left to do is pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin and bake for around 35 minutes.
Once your cake is baked, you can remove it from the oven and leave it to cool before enjoying it with a cup of tea or coffee for a moment of pure gustatory pleasure.
