Majestically and historically rooted on the heights of the Alpilles mountain range, the Château des Baux de Provence offers a panorama of rare splendor. To achieve this with dignity, serene limestone pathways penetrate deep into the heart of a uniquely aromatic and resilient vegetation, known as the garrigue. Upon returning from this unique escapade, your audience will be clamouring to hear some tender anecdotes. Delicately persistent and freshly produced, this organic infused olive oil undoubtedly offers the most genuine of responses.

Made by the Moulin Castelas at the foot of Les Baux-de-Provence, respecting a heritage that has been carefully preserved and enhanced.
